Data controller / website operator
This Privacy Policy explains how RandomZone.fun processes information when you use the website.
Information processed locally
Most inputs entered into RandomZone generators are processed locally in your browser and are not intentionally transmitted to the operator as part of normal tool operation.
Technical and hosting data
Hosting, CDN and security providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, browser information, timestamps and diagnostic logs as necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website.
Purposes and legal bases
Necessary technical processing may be carried out to provide, protect and maintain the website and to pursue legitimate security and operational interests. Optional analytics and advertising-related storage or processing is used only where the applicable consent and legal requirements are satisfied.
Analytics
RandomZone may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity after those services are configured. Optional analytics is disabled by default in the website interface and is loaded only after the user grants analytics consent where this implementation applies.
Google AdSense and advertising
RandomZone is designed to support Google AdSense. Production AdSense is technically disabled until the required publisher configuration and a Google-certified consent management platform are enabled. For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, advertising consent will be handled using a Google-certified CMP integrated with the applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework requirements.
Recipients
Depending on the final production configuration, recipients may include hosting/CDN providers, security providers, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, the selected certified CMP and Google advertising services. This policy must be updated if additional providers are introduced.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Poland or the European Economic Area. Where required, the operator will rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms and provider safeguards applicable to the selected production services.
Retention
Personal data is intended to be retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant hosting, security, analytics, legal or advertising purpose. Provider-specific retention settings must be reviewed and reflected here after the final production accounts are configured.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Children
RandomZone is a general-audience utility website. It is not designed to create user profiles or intentionally collect generator inputs from children. The website should not be marketed as a child-directed service without a separate privacy and advertising review.
